Cadastre

One of the country’s biggest development projects is the National Cadastre, which aims at creating a single, unified, up-to-date, and constantly updated system for registering private or public real estate properties.

The direct benefits provided to the citizens are:

• Final and irrevocable registration of the citizens’ title deeds/ ownership certificates/ ownership titles.
• Facilitation and simplification of real estate transfers.
• Minimization of cost and time required for each transfer.
• Relieving citizens of time-consuming and costly bureaucratic procedures.
• Ensuring the direct and safe process of expropriations and compensation.

The benefits provided to the community and state:

• Irrevocable demarcation of public and private properties.
• Environmental upgrade by restriction of fires, trespasses, and arbitrariness.
• Implementation of modern agricultural policies with projects that will make land holdings more efficient.
• Implementation of modern residential policies which will provide urbanized land suited for quality development of 1^st and 2^nd residences.
• Utilization and protection of forests and other natural resources.
• Detection of public property worth at least one trillion drachmas.

TOPODOMIKI has undertaken either autonomously, either as a member of partnerships and/ or joint ventures the conduction of the following National Cadastre projects (Awarding Agencies: τέως ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΟ Α.E. \ OKXE, Ε.Κ.Χ.Α. Α.Ε., νυν Ελληνικό Κτηματολόγιο):

1^st Generation of Cadastral Surveys (1995 – 2007)

• Cadastral survey for the establishment of the National Cadastre of the Local Government Organization (LGO) of Chania – Rethymno (area 39). (Finished in 2005)

2^nd Generation of Cadastral Surveys (2008 – present)

• Contract KT – 13 with the brand name “2^nd stage Cadastral Study for the establishment of the National Cadastre in the Municipalities of Vari, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Kropias, Markopoulo – Mesogaias of the Attica Region and the Provision of Support Services”.
• Contract KT1 – 07 with the brand name “Cadastral Study for the establishment of the National Cadastre in the pre – kapodistrian Municipality with the name Kato Axia/ Aksia, and the Municipalities Alissos, Kato Alissos, Agios Vasileios Patron, Aktaio, Araxovitika, Vrachneika, Drepano, Elikistra, Kaminia, Kato Kastritsi, Krini Patron, Mintilogli, Monodendri, Ovria, Paralia, Petroto, Platani, Rio, Rogkitika, Saravali, Souli, Tsoukaleika, and Psathopyrgos of the Regional Department of Axia of the Region of Western Greece and the Provision of Support Services”.
• Contract KT2 – 13 with the name “Cadastral Study for the complete establishment of the National Cadastre in the Municipalities of Elassona, Tempon, and Tirnavou of the Regional Unity of Larisa of the Region of Thessalia and the Provision of Support Services”.
• Contract KT2 – 12 with the name “Cadastral Study for the complete establishment of the National Cadastre in the Municipalities of Agia, Kileler, Larisa, and Farsala of the Regional Unity of Larisa of the Region of Thessalia and the Provision of Support Services”.
• Contract KT5 – 28 with the brand name “Cadastral Study for the complete establishment of the National Cadastre in the remaining part of the Regional Unit of Lasithi of the Region of Crete and, specifically, in the Municipality of Siteia, the Municipal Unit of Makri Gialos, and the Local Municipalities of Kavousi, and Pachia Ammos of the Municipality of Ierapetra, and the Provision of Support Services”.
